We are currently open for all services. As per current Government mandates, masks are mandatory when in our salon.

COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN

CONTACT TRACING

  • All clients, staff, contractors and visitors are required to sign in via the SafeWA app or alternative hard copy registration upon entering the salon.

  • Before attending their appointment, all clients will be asked these preliminary questions, and if the answer is yes to any they will be asked to cancel their appointment and to stay home and isolate:

    • Have you returned from interstate or overseas travel in the last 14 days?

    • Have you had any close contact with a positive COVID-19 case?

    • Do you, or anyone in your household, have any flu-like symptoms?

SOCIAL DISTANCING

  • Social distancing guidelines of 1.5m will be followed in the reception area, seating stations and where possible throughout the salon.

  • It is recognised that it is not feasible to adhere to the 1.5m when providing the service but physical distancing requirements between clients and team members is encouraged in common areas and when a service is not being provided.

  • All clients must attend their appointments alone, the only exception is if they are breastfeeding a child under 6 months of age.

  • All team members are encouraged to stay home if they are unwell and are encouraged to be triple vaccinated as soon as possible.

HYGIENE

  • All team members have completed the Australian Governments COVID-19 mandatory training, additional infection control training, and continue to be updated with team briefings.

  • All team members will sanitise their hands before, during and after every treatment, as well as after eating and drinking, or going to the bathroom.

  • All clients must sanitise their hands on arrival and complimentary masks are provided. Masks must be worn by team members and clients when it is mandated.

  • All clients are encouraged to use cashless payments. After handling any cash or cards, all team members must wash hands or use a sanitiser immediately. 

  • Access to touch point items like magazines have been removed

  • All touch points including chairs, door handles, payment terminals will be sanitised and cleaned throughout the day with high grade disinfectant.

  • Team members and clients exhibiting any flu like symptoms are requested not to attend the salon. Salon Management and Team Members reserve the right to refuse any service to any clients who present flu like symptoms.
